Varanasi the spiritual capital of India, I traveled there to get some inspiration for my blog and I truly says that it never failed to provide either.
Also called Benaras, is older than history, older than tradition, older even than legend, it’s just absolutely staggering.
After looking every place, I thought to find out a place where it is less known but eventually beautiful. People who live there may also be not familiar with that place.
View from Rajghat Bridge:
This bridge was previously called Malviya bridge, a double-decker bridge. I was really amazed to see the overall beauty of river Ganga from the Rajghat Bridge.
Rajghat Plateau/ Archaeological Survey of India:
If you truly want to know about the birth of the oldest Varanasi, you should visit this place. It is constructed by Muslim occupation which lasted about 5 centuries after that British used this place for their type of construction.
The best part of this place is that it is situated near Rajghat bridge also Sunset and sunrise are like made for this place with a scenic touch of River Ganga.(Visiting hour 6 am to 6 pm)
Wat Thai Sarnath Temple, Varanasi:
This place is not made like other monk places in Varanasi, it’s totally different and generally considered the tourist attraction, also there is a very famous Buddha’s 80 feet statue which was inaugurated by PM of Thailand in 2011. (From 8 am to 6 pm)
Maa Sharda sweet house:
After visiting these places I hope everyone is seeking for food, so this is the place where you can get the very famous poori sabzi with jalebi, also they have samosa chat and different types of sweets.
St. Mary’s Church:
Located outskirts of the city, the place is peaceful and have a great scenic beauty. It is situated on Cantt road, Varanasi.Believed that it’s more than 200 years old church. The architecture is amazing and the morning prayer is the most valuable to see.
